Sandy’s books are written for the beginner to advanced weaver. She creates each pattern with unique ideas and different weaves so the student can learn something new on each basket. Material list is given at beginning of each pattern along with the special cuts of the reed. Her instructions are easy to understand by even the beginner and she includes several drawings to help clarify the pattern layouts. The Companion Books and basket weaving kits from all five series can be purchased from Atkinson's Country House or your better basket weaving supply stores. The books stand by themselves, but if desired there are video’s of each basket available also. Series 100 & 200, each containing 13 programs, were produced with the University of Michigan, WFUM-TV 28. Series 300, 400, & 500 were produced by Atkinson's Country House.
